R. JEFFREY KNISLEY jknisley@rcfp.com 1.401.521.7000 x2222  Mr. Knisley serves as general counsel to the Watch Hill (RI) Fire District, and various non-profit organizations. Mr. Knisley provides business advice, ranging from merger and acquisition to employment matters, to clients of all sizes. He also has extensive experience representing real estate clients in connection with land acquisition for both commercial and residential projects, sales, and leasing. Mr. Knisley represents various commercial banking institutions in connection with all areas of commercial lending: real estate, asset based, and commercial and industrial. In the areas of estate planning and probate, he has planned and administered estates of all sizes and complexities. Mr. Knisley is a graduate of Deerfield Academy and Princeton University (1983), and received his law degree from Boston University Law School (1986). He serves on the Board of Directors of Pine Point School, an independent school located in Stonington, Connecticut, where he also serves on the Finance Committee. He has remained active in alumni affairs for his alma mater, Princeton University, serving for many years as Co-Chairman of the Princeton Alumni Schools Committee for Rhode Island. He has also served on the National Schools Committee for Princeton. Additionally, Mr. Knisley volunteers untold time as a girl's competitive soccer coach for the South County Soccer Club. He is admitted to practice in Rhode Island and the Federal District Court of Rhode Island. He is a member of the Rhode Island Bar Association and the American Bar Association. |
